TIGER PROGRAMS
Tiny Tigers / Young Tigers
Our Tiger Programs are specially designed introductory Taekwondo classes for children ages 4 to 6.
At this critical stage of development, we focus on building confidence, improving focus, and developing coordination. all through fun, engaging movement.
Young students learn best in a positive and dynamic environment. That’s why our award-winning approach uses age-appropriate methods that keep children excited and motivated to learn.
Each class is built to enhance motor skills, flexibility, and listening skills, laying the foundation for future success in martial arts, school, and life.
With every kick, block, and smile, your child takes one step closer to becoming confident, focused, and resilient.
YOUTH PROGRAMS
Our Youth Class is designed for students ages 7 to 12,
from beginner to advanced levels.
Through a structured curriculum, students develop confidence, focus, and self-control while learning full Taekwondo techniques in a dynamic and supportive environment.
At this age, students are ready to take on greater challenges — both mentally and physically. Our program balances traditional martial arts training with modern, engaging teaching methods that help students build leadership, discipline, and resilience.
From goal-setting to perseverance, students learn to overcome challenges and build a strong foundation for success in school, sports, and life.


ADULT CLASS
Our Adult Class is open to ages 13 and above and all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
Improve fitness, relieve stress, and build a strong, healthy mind and body through Taekwondo in a supportive and empowering environment.
Training at The One Taekwondo helps adults sharpen focus, boost emotional resilience, and gain confidence both in and out of the dojang. Whether you’re a working professional looking to manage stress, or a parent wanting to model perseverance and discipline for your children. Taekwondo offers lasting benefits.
Each class combines modern fitness principles with traditional martial arts, giving you powerful self-defense skills, cardiovascular conditioning, and a sense of purpose in every workout.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Our Private Instruction offers 1-on-1 training focused on your needs.
Whether you’re looking to boost techniques or focus on specific skills, personal coaching helps you improve faster, build confidence, and reach your goals efficiently.
These private sessions are also great for students that cannot attend a regular class in our current schedule or wish to accelerate their training or simply need a one-on-one atmosphere.
